How long does it take to create a separation agreement?

The pace to create a mediated agreement is decided by the clients. As a mediator, I respect your
grief journey and changes being made while separated.

As mediators we deal in high conflict scenarios quite frequently and we are experienced in navigating through the conflict, addressing the “hot topics” when necessary. I encourage respect with each other during the process while we discuss all topics that are important to you, eventually covering most of what is needed in the agreement.

Some agreements can be completed in around 30 days, while others may take over 3 months if clients require more time to fully disclose all necessary information.
